Master’s Degree in Survey Sociology

The Master’s Degree in Survey Sociology is characterized above all by its refusal to separate theoretical inquiry from empirical requirements in the sociological approach. It provides training in various sociological methods and theoretical and conceptual tools in order to prepare students for a range of careers in sociology, in the field of public research, as well as in local government, observatories, the private sector, associations, and the semi-public sector (research and study officers in the public, semi-public, or private sector; consultants in socio-economic fields; conducting behavioral or opinion surveys; consulting in the social sector, etc.). It also provides access to doctoral programs (in France and abroad).
